The standard we build to

Lumi targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the marketing site and the app. Accessibility is part of how a feature is built, not a pass we do afterwards.

What that gives you

Full keyboard operation. Every control can be reached and used without a mouse, in a logical order, with a focus indicator you can actually see.

Readable by default. Text meets AA contrast, scales cleanly when you zoom to 200%, and reflows rather than clipping on small screens.

Motion you control. Every animation on this site respects the reduce-motion setting in your operating system, and the page works identically with animation off.

Structure that screen readers can follow. Proper headings, landmarks and labelled controls, so you can navigate by structure instead of reading everything in order.

Diagrams that come with words. Every drawing Lumi makes is accompanied by the explanation in text, so the reasoning is available whether or not you can see the picture.

Speech both ways. You can talk to Lumi instead of typing, and have explanations read aloud instead of read.

What we're working on next

The whiteboard is the surface we are pushing hardest on. The explanation beside a diagram is already fully readable; the next step is making the drawing itself navigable element by element, so you can move through a diagram the way you move through a document.

We test with keyboard, screen reader and zoom on every release, and we publish improvements as they land.

Email support@trylumi.co with the page and what happened, and we will get on it. Access issues go to the front of the queue ahead of feature work. If Lumi does not work for you, it does not work.
