The short version: use Lumi to learn, don't misuse it, and we'll keep it running as well as we can.

Using your account

Your account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.

You need to be 13 or over to hold an account, and under-18 accounts created through a school sit under that school's agreement.

What Lumi is and isn't

Lumi is a study aid. It explains, draws and quizzes, and it sometimes gets things wrong. Check anything that matters against your specification and your teacher.

Do not submit Lumi's output as your own work where your school forbids it. That is between you and your exam board, and the consequences are theirs to set.

Payment and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly or annually until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will email you before the change takes effect.
